Global CemFuels Conference and Exhibition - Conference information
The conference will take place at the Hotel Divan, Istanbul.
The official conference language is English.
The conference fee is £595 if you book between 1 December 2012 and 1 February 2013 and £695 from thereafter. A special 'early-bird' rate of £545 is applicable until 30 November 2012.
The fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference proceedings volume and presentations, conference briefcase and CD, lunches and drinks receptions, but does not include the conference Gala Dinner.
Awards Gala Dinner
The Awards Gala Dinner is charged at £125. The dinner will take place at the RMK Museum (dedicated to the history of transport, industry and communications) and will be an unforgettable evening in a truly amazing and inspiring environment. The Global Fuels Awards 2013 will be given during the dinner.
If you would like to bring your spouse or customers to the dinner, you are welcome to do so. Please state how many additional tickets you would like, and give the names of the attending people during your on-line registration.
There will be 2 field trips prior and after the main conference days.
On 11 March (Monday) - trip to Nuh Cimento.

Both trips cost £50 and the fee includes the transportation and a lunch.

Dress code for the conference and gala dinner is smart casual or business attire.
Please note that conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. You are advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.
